Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ImmiGrant account and associated personal data. You can delete directly in the app or request deletion without accessing the app.
Delete Your Account In‑App
If you still have the app installed and can sign in:
- Open the app and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your sign‑in session ends immediately after deletion. If you reinstall or open the app again, you’ll need to create a new account.
Request Deletion Without App Access
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion via email:
- Email: support@kindled.app
- Subject: Delete my ImmiGrant account
- Include: the email address used for your account and any additional details that help us locate your account (e.g., approximate signup date). We may ask you to verify ownership of the email address.
We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
What We Delete
- Account profile and authentication identifiers
- Your saved visa cases and related personal data you entered
- Push notification tokens associated with your account
What May Be Retained
- Backup copies for a limited period until they naturally expire in routine backups
- Minimal records required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance
- Aggregated, de‑identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
